The Clinical Information Consultancy Ltd has been involved in the development and use of MIQUEST for data collection. David Markwell was the author of the original MIQUEST Specification, created and supported the initial versions of the NHS MIQUEST HQL Editor software. He was also involved in specifying the related requirements for GP computer systems and working with GP system suppliers to ensure conformance with the specifications.
CIC Ltd supported national use of MIQUEST through the PRIMIS and PRIMIS+ Projects.
