Training Course Tariff

The Clinical Information Consultancy Ltd provides standard on-site courses at a fixed price tariff. These fixed prices for standard courses at a venue provided by the client subject to our Training Course Terms and Conditions.

On-site training courses make sense for many organisations as they allow the relevant group of people to be trained for a single flat rate fee.
From time to time we also advertise off-site courses at convenient venues. These are priced on a per-person basis depending on the location and the nature of the course. For further details of see our Training Course Schedule.

Quoted charges
- Are subject to addition of VAT (except for courses delivered outside the EU)
- Are independent on numbers attending the course
- Are inclusive of all necessary travel, accommodation and subsistence for the tutor. Note that outside Western Europe a region supplement applies. This supplement will be agreed depending on location and dates. Once agreed all our training quotations are fixed price.
- Include provision of handout material in electronic form only
Half day courses
- If only a half-day course is required, the charge for a whole day course less a discount of £150 applies. However, if two half-day courses are booked for the same date, the one day charge applies.
The client is responsible for
- Providing an appropriate venue and for any charges associated with provision of the venue
- All necessary communications with attendees prior to or following the training course
Cancellation terms and conditions apply to all confirmed training bookings
- As a minimum all expenses to which CIC Ltd is already committed will be chargeable to the client if a training trip is cancelled and a £100 service charge will be made.
- Additional cancellation charges apply to bookings cancelled depende on the period of notice. Details are included in our formal quotations and acceptance of a quotation includes acceptance of liability for cancellation.
- Postponement, rescheduling or relocation of an agreed training commitment is subject to the same charges as cancellation but CIC Ltd will make reasonable efforts to reduced these charges where reuse of existing arrangments is possible without substantial cost or inconvenience.
