Accessible location

The Clinical Information Consultancy Ltd provides on site training using a simple fixed price tariff. These fixed prices apply to courses delivered at accessible locations defined in the following way:

• In the United Kingdom
  • a place within 5 miles of a main line railway station.
• In the Europe Union
  • a place within easy reach from an airport with convenient direct flights to/from London Heathrow or London Gatwick.
• Outside the European Union
  • a place within easy reach from an airport named in a specific training quotation.

Notes

1. Easy reach means a place served by frequent public transport with a journey time of less than one hour or a distance of less than 10Km from the specified airport. Frequent public transport means at least one per hour around the times of flight arrival and departure.
2. Convenient direct flights means a flight timetable that allows arrival the evening before the course and departure on the evening following the course.
3. For courses at locations that do not fall within this definition of accessible location please request a specific quotation.
4. For courses outside the European Union please request a specific quote of including the applicable Region Supplement.
