Region Supplement
For training course outside Western European the Clinical Information Consultancy Ltd adds "region supplement" to the standard training course tariff. This supplement reflects the cost and time involved in travelling to more distant locations.
The table below provides illustrative ranges for the "region supplement". The addition will be quoted based on a confirmed location and dates since it takes account of actual travel costs and times.

- The region supplement is a one off addition; it is not dependent on length of the course.
- The region supplement includes all anticipated expenses and time related to travel accommodation and subsistence. All our training quotation are 'fixed price' with no uncertainties. Once you have confirmed the location, date and accepted the quotation you know exactly what it will cost.
- The table above is illustrative. The region supplement varies according to the particular location and timing of the proposed course. The quoted 'Maximum*' may be exceeded in exceptional circumstances where dates and/or locations create special circumstances. Please ask for a quotation.
- We will be pleased to advise where different dates may significantly reduce the size of the supplement.
- CIC Ltd will split the region supplement between two or more clients where several courses are booked in the same region on consecutive dates. Therefore, the quoted 'Minimum*' may be reduced in cases where a single journey covers multiple assignments for different clients. Please ask for a quotation.
